Leek & Puy Lentil Gratin with Feta Topping
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Turn the oven to 180 fan (200c) and melt the butter in the ovenproof dish whilst slicing the leeks
* Step 2
Mix the leeks with the butter and garlic powder, salt and pepper and place in the oven for 25 minutes
* Step 3
Add the lentils, creme fraiche and mix. Top with the bread crumbs and crumbled feta cheese. Drizzle olive oil. Put into the oven for between 20 and 25 minutes.
* Step 4
Serve with a green salad or baked potatoes. There will be no leftovers!
