Kandha bhajia with ginger masala tea

besan

to taste

Salt

1/4 tsp

carrom seeds

1/4 tsp

cumin seeds

1/4 tsp

red chilli

1/4 tsp

chat masala

As needed

Oil for frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slices the onions

* Step 2

Chopped green chillies and coriander leaves

* Step 3

In a bowl make the better of besan

* Step 4

Add salt and all masalas except chat masala

* Step 5

Put onions,green chilli and coriander leaves

* Step 6

Mix well

* Step 7

Heat oil

* Step 8

Make small pakoras with spoon

* Step 9

Fry them till crispyy

* Step 10

Sprinkle chat masala on it

* Step 11

Serve with sauce and ginger masala tea
