Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put poha in a basket and rinse with water and keep to strain

* Step 2

Put oil in a pan

* Step 3

Put mustard seeds.curry patta.green chillies

* Step 4

Now add chopped onions

* Step 5

Put salt.red chilli and turmeric

* Step 6

Put peanut

* Step 7

Add poha and stir properly

* Step 8

Put lemon juice

* Step 9

Garnish with Coriander leaves
