Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl take water add red chilli powder, dhaniya jeera powder, cashew nuts, kasuri methi & ginger for atleast 20min.

* Step 2

In a pan take oil & ghee, once it becomes hot add jeera, cinnamon stick, bay leaf & onions & cook it till onions become translucent, then add garlic cloves & again cook till onions become brown, then switch off the gas let the mixture cool & then remove the bay leaf & puree it.

* Step 3

Meanwhile par boil the baby potatoes then deep fry them & keep aside.

* Step 4

Blend the soaked spices & cashew into a fine paste.

* Step 5

Now take a pan, add the pureed onion & spices paste mix well & cook for 5min, then add tomato puree mix well, add little water if needed & cook it for 10min over low flame.

* Step 6

Then add garam masala powder, fried potatoes & cook well for 8-10min.

* Step 7

Then switch off the gas, garnish with cream & coriander & serve.
