Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut a half kg chocolate sponge into 2 equal pieces, soak the bottom layer with sugar syrup, spread a thick layer of chocolate ganache over it & cover it another layer of cake, again soak it with sugar syrup & spread a thick layer of ganache over it & cover the cake with ganache & keep it in the fridge to set for atleast 2 hours.

* Step 2

In a microwave bowl, take cream, microwave it for 30 sec, add chopped white chocolate over it and mix well, then add a drop of pink food colour and keep it aside.

* Step 3

After 2 hours remove the cake from fridge, pour the coloured white chocolate over it, garnish with chocolates of your choice & refrigerate again for 30 mins before cutting.
