Paneer Tandoori mushrooms
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Scoop out the stems of the mushrooms wash them & keep aside.
* Step 2
In a mixing bowl take ginger garlic paste, peri peri masala, tandoori masala, oil, salt mix well, marinade the mushrooms with this & keep aside for 30min.
* Step 3
In another bowl mash paneer & cream cheese together, add coriander & little salt mix well & stuff this in paneer & bake it over 220°c for 10-12min till mushrooms are soft & leave juices.a
* Step 4
