Terong Goreng Bumbu Kuning
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel eggplants and cut into pieces and then fry them until golden browned. Set aside.
Blend the spices (shallot, ginger, garlic, candlenuts, coriander), add lemongrass and salam leaves and then stir-fry.
* Step 2
Add 500 ml of water, cook until boiling.
Add coconut milk, Cook until boiling while stirring then add eggplant.
Taste
* Step 3
Serve with rice and any dish you like 😍
