Eggs Pakoda in Gravy

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly chopped onion, garlic, ginger and in grinder make paste.
* Step 2
Now boiled the eggs. After boiling peeled it and cut it into two parts.
* Step 3
Then take bowl put Besan, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, Kasuri methi and make batter like pakoda.
* Step 4
Now take non-stick pan put oil heat it.
* Step 5
Then take egg dip it into Besan batter and deep fry it into heated oil. Like this make all pakodas.
* Step 6
Now in same pan heat oil put cumin seeds splutter them. Then add onion paste, saute for 2 minutes.
* Step 7
Then add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, salt, kasuri methi, turmeric powder and saute till oil seprated
* Step 8
Then add 1 cup of water for Gravy. Then put all eggs Pakoda and give one boil.
* Step 9
Then served it in serving bowl and enjoy with chapatti or rice.
