250 gram

rava/sooji

1 teaspoon

ginger chopped

1 tablespoon

roasted peanuts

1 teaspoon

kasturi methi

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

Coriander powder

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

mustard seeds

to taste

Salt

1 tablespoon

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly take non-stick pan put oil heat it then add mustard seeds, kadhi leaves splutter them.

* Step 2

Then add onion, green chillies, ginger saute it for onion get transculent. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, kasuri methi, turmeric powder and saute for 2 minutes.

* Step 3

Now add Rava and saute it till golden brown colour.

* Step 4

Then add 1 cup water and on low flame saute it, when it gets thickened switch off the flame.

* Step 5

Garnish with carrot and green chillies.
