wheat flour

150 gms

Jaggery

1 teaspoon

cardamom powder

2 tablespoons

ghee for moyan

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fristly put Jaggery in pan and put 2 cup water and put on gas for melting and make Jaggery syrup.

Then take wheat flour add dessicated coconut, cardamom powder, ghee and Jaggery​ syrup and make dough.

Then take Puri size dough and give any designs on it and make all like this.

Then take kadhai put ghee heat it then deep fry all khajuria on low flame.

Your khajuria is ready for serving and eating.
