Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Fristly put Jaggery in pan and put 2 cup water and put on gas for melting and make Jaggery syrup.
* Step 2
Then take wheat flour add dessicated coconut, cardamom powder, ghee and Jaggery syrup and make dough.
* Step 3
Then take Puri size dough and give any designs on it and make all like this.
* Step 4
Then take kadhai put ghee heat it then deep fry all khajuria on low flame.
* Step 5
Your khajuria is ready for serving and eating.
