3 spice Do piyaza mutton chops

A healthy and nutritious meal. 3 spices are red chilli, black pepper and turmeric powder.

Ingredient

Food ration :

5 to 6 persons

Cooking time :

15 minutes
1 and half tsp

salt

1 and half tsp

red chilli powder

half cup

oil

3 glasses

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First wash well mutton chops then boil them by adding salt/ ginger garlic paste /half onions./half green peppers chopped and water. Boil until water almost dry. strain a little broth. place aside for later use

* Step 2

Then add oil and let them fry. Add seasoning / chopped tomatoes and onions in it. cook well

In last add green peppers chopped and a handful coriander leaves.

Ready. Serve hot with roti or naan whatever you like.
