Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First boil chole with salt, water and tea bag,baking soda for 20 min. Now make paste of onion, tomatoand ginger. Now take a pan on flame hot it andadd oil 2 table spoon oil, add cumin seeds and then add turmeric and chilli powder on low flame then add the paste t,then add some salt and propery saute.

Now add chole masala and boiled chole in pan. Mix it well.chole is ready.

Take curd and add baking powder in it for 1/2 an hour now add maida, ajwain 1 teaspoon oil, 1 teaspoon salt, kasturi methi knead a dough.keep it aside for 2 hours and then take a part from dough, make peda and roll it on chakla and fry it in a kadahi (take very hot oil in it) now bhatura is ready and serve it with chole green chilli and pickle.
