blackrice

ghee

1 cup

sugar

1 litre

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take black rice rinse it soak for 10 min, then boil milk add soaked rice.

Keep boiling until rice is perfectly cooked.

Once it's Cooked then add sugar.

* Step 4

Add cardamom powder mix well meanwhile heat another Kadhai put ghee add dry fruit pieces Fry well then add fried dry fruit pieces on to kheer, ready to serve black rice kheer. It is very nice and yummy.
