It's a mouth twist combination has contains sour,sweet,spicy and masalas mixed flavoured combo dish... perfectly dedicated dish rich gravy used by orange juice,great combination to have like roti,naan,rice and pulav ...please try this once you try definitely loved this dish☺️
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For koftha ::Take fresh gobhi wash into a hot water them grated into a plate
* Step 2
Then add all spice masala powders on to it
* Step 3
Then add grated panner on it
* Step 4
Add starch for binding mix well make sure kneaded dough kind
* Step 5
Take hand full amount of gobhi dough fillup fruit pieces then gently close it make it as good shape, leave into an oil
* Step 6
Once it get golden colour take out tissue paper, excesses oil will absorb
* Step 7
For gravy:heat a cadai pour oil,butter add whole masala spices onit
* Step 8
Once it's fried get aroma then add onion paste
* Step 9
Keep statue once onion paste becomes transparent then add Ginger garlic fri as 2 min then pour tomato puri keep cook as raw ness left then add kaju paste
* Step 11
Keep mix up cook 2more min then pour orange juice i used fresh orange(but frozen orange juice also can usable)
* Step 12
While oil should floating on top of curry it means perfectly cooked ready to dish out it take a serving plate pour gravy,place fried fruit stuff gobhi
* Step 13
Then garnish with coriander,a piece of orange finally decorate as fresh cream ready to serve
* Step 14
Serve with rice great to have along with this gobhi awadh in orange juice
