Orange aloo curry

Ingredient

1/2 cup

green peas

1/2 tsp

salt

1/2 tsp

cumin powder

1/2 tsp

turmeric

1/2 tsp

garam masala

1/2 cup

oil

1/2 cup

coriander

1/2 tsp

cumin seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Before starting making curry plate althose

* Step 2

Heat a kadai. pour oil add mustard, cumin seeds and when it splits, add chilli & onion.

* Step 3

Once onion turns transparent, then add potato, green peas & keep cooking, pour orange juice on to kadai. the potato should be cooked for 10 to 15 mins.

* Step 4

Once it softens, then add salt, chilli powder and other spices powder and orange zest. Mix it up

* Step 5

Once spices flavour blends into the potatoes, then garnish with mint and orange pieces. ready to serve.
