Ingredient

1 cup

maida

1/2 cup

coco powder

1/2 cup

oil /butter

1 cup

sugar

2 tbsp

curd

1/2 cup

milk

2-3 drops

vanilla essence

As required

Chopped Almonds

As required

Chopped dairy milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a beking tin and line up butter paper at it's base. Greas the tin with oil and keep it a side. take cooker and remove it's whistle and ring add a thin layer of salt at the lid and preheat the cooker on high flame 7-8 minutes.

* Step 2

In a mixing bowl sive, maida, coco powder, beking powder and mix well.

* Step 3

Take oil, sugar in a bowl and beat it for 4-5 minutes.

Add flour, coco powder mixer, curd, vanilla essence, and chopped Almonds.

* Step 5

Add the milk little by little and mix well using cut and fold method.

* Step 6

When the batter becomes creamy and smooth transfer it into the cake tin, garnish with chopped Almons and darymilk and tap it 2-3 times.

* Step 7

Place the tin on it and close the lid. Bake for 30 minutes on low flame.

Cool and cut into Squares.
