Beetroot suji laddoo

Beetroot suji laddoo

1 cup

sugar

As needed

dry fruits

4 tbs

ghee

As needed

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a heavy bottom pan add 1 tbsp ghee fry suji in a low flame till it get nice aroma, little brown

* Step 2

Add little more ghee and fry dry fruits and grated beetroot 2-3 minutes

* Step 3

Then add sugar and rosted suji, cardamon and nutmeg powder, dry fruits stir for 2 min and rest of the ghee

* Step 4

Turn off the flame

* Step 5

Check with hands if it still needs little moisture to bind add warm milk just little for binding and easy to make laddoo

Beetroot laddoo is redy to serve it garnish with dry fruits....enjoy
