Suji carrot idli

#Ingredient1

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in to a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds let the crackle

* Step 2

Now add onion and saute till light brown then add Asafoetida,turmeric powder, carrot and saute for a minute

* Step 3

Add semolina once carrot is translucent

* Step 4

Rost until semolina turns fragrant and let it cool

* Step 5

Remove semolina mixture in a bowl and add curd and salt mix well

* Step 6

Now add water and make a smooth batter add chopped coriander.and keep batter to soak for 20 minutes

* Step 7

Add eno and mix it properly

* Step 8

Pour batter in each idli stand steam for 12-15 minutes

* Step 9

Enjoy, suji carrot idli hot with chutney
