Carrots pickle with out oil

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl put carrot.carrot should be washed,cleaned,wiped.

* Step 2

Add salt, veniger,chilli,Rai,mix it well.

* Step 3

Put it in a glass jar.

* Step 4

After 2 days it will be able for eating.

* Step 5

For inhancing the taste add 1 pinch of sugar.

* Step 6

It is seasonals pickles,please have it.
