Baked wheat porridge

Ingredient

Milk

4 tsp

Sugar

1 tsp

Ghee

2 tsp

Cornflour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan add ghee,heat it.

* Step 2

Put porridge & Fry it in slow flame.

* Step 3

Add milk let it boil.keep it thick.

* Step 4

Add sugar stir it.

* Step 5

Add cardamoms mix it.

* Step 6

Mix cornflour stir it constantly.

* Step 7

Keep it a side.

* Step 8

Take a donut tray greased it.put porridge in it.

* Step 9

Sprinkle dry fruits in it.

* Step 10

Keep it in the preheated oven at 180 degree.for 20 miniute.

* Step 11

Take it out.serve it hot or cold.

* Step 12

It is like a sweet dish.
