Quick & Easy Pasta salad

My mom always made this for BBQ’s, potlucks and summer. Add extra ingredients or keep it simple. Double the recipe for large potlucks and cook outs.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook pasta until it’s thoroughly cooked. Rinse with cold water and put in the fridge to cool.

* Step 2

Once pasta is cold, add Italian dressing and stir thoroughly.

* Step 3

Add sliced olives and stir. This is where I stop, because I don’t personally like the extra in the pasta salad. But many others like the extras, so I’ll add those below.

* Step 4

Cut cheese into tiny bite size cubes, do the same with the broccoli and cauliflower. Small little bite size pieces. Cut as much as you would like to add to pasta. Start off with a few and add more as you go. You may need to add extra Italian dressing, as needed to keep it flavorful.

* Step 5

Add the bite size pieces of cheese, broccoli and cauliflower to the pasta salad and mix. Keep cold and serve cold. Enjoy!
