Pecan Maple Chocolate Chip Cookies (low Sugar, Grain-Dairy Free)
This is a combination of love for Holiday Flavors and the necessity of conscious healthy ingredients to support~ Immune Health, Weight Loss or Stability, Or Grain AND Dairy Sensitivities.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl and combine til smooth and well blended
* Step 2
To that bowl add ingredients in that order and mix well. Let sit 5 minutes for the cashew flower to absorb moisture for a more evenly baked cookie.
* Step 3
Bake in a preheated 375°oven for 10 minutes, checking halfway to turn rack for even baking.
