Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Start by rinsing your rice. Take your blender and add the onions, garlic, pepper, ground cumin, onion powder, tomatoes 1/4 cup chicken broth and blend them together.
* Step 2
Pour 2 Tbs oil in your hot wok or pan and add two pieces of onion and one clove mashed garlic then take it out then place your rice and brown them.
* Step 3
Take the remaining chicken broth and make it hot then add the tomato or chicken boullon in it to mix it together. Pour tomato mixture and mix then add the broth mixture and mix.
* Step 4
Cover the pot and set timer for 17-20 minutes or until liquid has diminished. Turn off the heat and set it aside for 15 minutes. Your rice is done. Serve and Enjoy!
