Coleslaw for a Slawdog

One of my all-time favorite foods is hot dogs growing up this is one of the way we eat them down here in the south. I hope you give it a try it's not too bad it's just like anything else you need coleslaw and just about anything. You have them on barbecue sandwiches, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, Pizza, and so on. Coleslaw is good on just about anything you want to eat.

Ingredient

1-1/2 cup

100% pineapple juice

1 cup

mayonnaise

1/4 cup

sugar

1/2 cup

red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon

celery salt

2/3 head

cabbage shredded

1 teaspoon

savory

1-1/2 teaspoon

Greek seasoning

As needed

salt and pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Shred the cabbage sit in a bowl and lightly salt. Take your vinegar and pour into a pot and dissolve the salt and the sugar in it.

* Step 2

When dissolved add in the mayonnaise and the pineapples juice. Stir It together till it's mixed.

* Step 3

Now the dressing is now Incorporated in the liquid form. Had your seasonings to the coleslaw and then pour in your dressing and toss and stir until everything is coated.

* Step 4

Now that the coleslaw is mixed cover and put into refrigerator. The salts and the sugars will bring out the liquids out of the cabbage. They'll become a little bit more wet. Give a good stir before serving, make your hot dogs as you desire. Talk with the coleslaw. Serve, I hope you enjoy!!
