Raspberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

Raspberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

Ingredient

Food ration :

1-2 servings

Cooking time :

5 minutes + refrigeration time
2 tablespoons

cream cheese softened

2 tablespoons

honey

1 cup

milk

1/4 teaspoon

vanilla

1/8 teaspoon

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

I mix everything in a 4 cup measuring cup.

* Step 2

Whisk the softened cream cheese, yogurt and honey. Combine well.

* Step 3

Add raspberries to cream cheese mixture and gently mash the raspberries.

* Step 4

Add oats, milk, vanilla, lemon zest and salt. Mix well.

* Step 5

I leave this in the measuring cup, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. You can also spoon it into a jar and cover.

* Step 6

When ready to eat top with additional raspberries and graham cracker crumbs.
