Cornmeal pancakes πŸ₯ž

‏These pancakes are suitable for diabetics and celiacs and those who want to loose weight. ‏Because of the cold nature of corn, and to balance it out, I use sesame seeds and nigella sativa.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4-5 pancakes

Cooking time :

5 minutes each
1 cup

cornmeal

1

egg

3/4 cup

water

1 teaspoon

nigella sativa

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix egg and corn meal and seeds. You can add salt to taste. I don't.

Add water. Stir.

Warm a little saucepan on stove top. Add 1 teaspoon (or less) oil. Pour 1/3 cup of batter into pan. Cook both sides.
