Sweet potatoes pancake

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take sweet potatoes and boil them until soft in boiling hot water pot.
* Step 2
Cover the boiling pot and leave it until it boils completely.
* Step 3
Now separately while boiling in a container sew all-purpose flour with a pinch of salt and oil into a fine dough.
* Step 4
When the sweet potatoes softened let it cool and mash completely.
* Step 5
Now with powdered jaggery add 2 tbsp water and bring into boil until it gets into one strand liquid syrup. Add mashed sweet potatoes and roasted poppy seeds and cardamom powder.
* Step 6
Now make small ball of dough and roll it stuff the sweet potatoes mixture and cover it like a dumpling shape.
* Step 7
Roll the stuffed sweet potatoes dough with flour into pancake shape with the roller.
* Step 8
Roast until brown on griddle with little oil on top of it and roast both the sides.
* Step 9
And enjoy the sweet potatoes pancake with ghee(clarified butter)Indian style. Happy eating and stay healthy☺️
