Tuna Delight
I have very fond memories of tuna fish sandwiches and tuna melts. Here is my healthier adaptation of those memories.
Ingredient
Food ration :
2-4 servings
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Drain tuna and add to mixing bowl with peeled and chopped egg and seasonings.
* Step 2
Slice muffins in half and lightly toast.
* Step 3
Then add cheese and melt under a broiler or toaster.
* Step 4
Plate the muffin slices and add 1 slice of tomato per sliced muffin.
* Step 6
Top with chives or green onion
* Step 7
Add salt & pepper to taste.
