Jiffy Cream Cheese Corn Casserole (Escalloped Corn)
Just seeing where I can take my Classic Escalloped Corn. Cream Cheese is always an upgrade.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add room temperature cream cheese, egg, sour cream and 6 tbs. Melted butter and seasoning to a high side mixing bowl. Cream together and whip with electric beater.
* Step 2
Add in the canned corn and green pepper, mix till homogenous.
* Step 3
Fold in and beat by hand the lumpy cornmeal mix. Pour into a loaf pan, and bake one hour at 350F.
