Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add 2 tbsp ghee and let it heat up. Add milk powder and roast for 2-3 min
* Step 2
Start adding milk a bit at a time and mix well to make sure there’s no lumps forming
* Step 3
Add sugar and mix well. Mix until it becomes a thick consistency
* Step 4
Once it’s thick. Add 1/2 tsp ghee and mix properly
* Step 5
After a few seconds remove into a plate and let it cool down
* Step 6
Now start making the shapes of an apple by taking small bits. For the stem use cloves
* Step 7
Once they all are done using red food colouring, colour all around.
* Step 8
Your beautiful delicious apple shape mithai is ready for the celebration of the Rakshabandhan
