Bread Kulfi
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the two breads in bowl with a little bit of milk and put it aside. After 5-10 mins after the bread has been soaked break it down with a fork.
* Step 2
Soak the saffron into warm milk
* Step 3
Take another bowl and add two cups of cream and add condensed milk, mashed bread, saffron milk, chopped almonds and pistachios
* Step 4
Now mix this with a hand blender
* Step 5
Take a cake tin and cover it with cling wrap
* Step 6
Pour the mixture inside the cake tin
* Step 7
Now leave it for 4 hrs inside the freezer until it is nicely set
* Step 8
Now cut into pieces and garnish with few chopped almonds and pistachios. Enjoy your cool kulfa
