Dal fry with Makhana
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook the daal in the pressure cooker
* Step 2
Take oil in a pan and let it heat, then add cumin mustard seeds and let it crackle. Add finely chopped onions and sauté for few seconds.
* Step 3
Next add ginger garlic paste and green chilli sauté for few seconds. Add tomato and let it become soft
* Step 4
Next add all the dry masala, garam masala and sauté for few seconds and add coriander leaves.
* Step 5
Lastly add Makhana and cover the pan. Cook for one min.
* Step 6
Mix the mixture, and add the cooked daal and add water as required
* Step 7
Add salt to taste and mix well and boil for one min
* Step 8
Your healthy daal is ready
