Watermelon ‘Tacos’
I was carving up watermelon today and decided to try something fun. This is delicious and refreshing. Switch up Feta for Cojita, or Cilantro for Basil. Instead of hot sauce you could drizzle with Chamoy or both!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Carve a piece of fresh watermelon into a ‘taco shell’ shape.
* Step 2
Fill it with some feta and fresh cilantro.
* Step 3
Squeeze some lime over it.
* Step 4
Sprinkle with Tajin and a little flaky salt.
* Step 5
Drizzle hot sauce or Chamoy over it and enjoy right away.
