“Flat” individual Meatloaves
I love meatloaf. But my boys aren’t a fan 🙄. They wanted burgers. So, here’s flat meatloaf. #GoldenApron23
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 400*.
Mix all except barbecue sauce, well.
* Step 2
Place in foil lined loaf pan.
* Step 3
Place in oven and bake 45-55 minutes.
* Step 4
Remove from oven, pour barbecue sauce over top return to oven for a few minutes.
* Step 5
Remove from oven, let sit 5 minutes before serving.
* Step 6
Or, divide into patties for burgers.
