Chop some leftover rotisserie chicken into bite size pieces, throw in some leftover rice, ta-da, Chicken and Rice. #GoldenApron23

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Toss all but rice in pot, cover with water.

* Step 2

Bring to a boil, boil until bouillon is melted. Taste and season per your taste buds.

* Step 3

Add rice, stir, reduce to simmer. Simmer until most of the broth is gone.

* Step 4

Serving suggestions: leave it soupy for chick’n & rice soup or with your choice of vegetables.
