Parmesan Coucous

Ingredient

2 cups

coucous

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In medium pot, bring broth and 2 Tbsp garlic butter to boil. Add coucous, stir to combine. Cover and remove from heat, let sit 5 minutes.

* Step 2

Stir in remainder of garlic butter, and Parmesan cheese. Season to taste.

* Step 3

Serve immediately. Garnish with extra Parmesan, if desired.
