Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slit all veggies into long pieces.
* Step 2
In a pan take butter, all chillis, jalapenos, bell peppers, garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Add some water (not a lot, maybe upto 5 mm height from base). Cook for 5 minutes.
* Step 3
Add lots of cheese and cook for 5 mins.
* Step 4
Serve with rice or bread.
