Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take mustard oil and ghee in a pan. Add fennel seeds, cloves, cardamom, red chillies and bayleaf in quantities as shown in pic.

* Step 2

Add chopped onions. Add Ginger and garlic.

* Step 3

Add Tomatoes and tomato paste 1 spoon. If you don't have tomato paste add 2 more tomatoes. Let it cook for completely.

* Step 4

Add haldi, chilli powder, dhania powder and salt.

* Step 5

Add chola. Add stock. Let it cook.

* Step 6

Add 0.5 tsp garam masala if you want. But should taste great without too.
