Sosoa (Malagasy Rice Breakfast)

This dish is pronounced (shoe-shoe-uh). My grandpa grew up in Madagascar as a missionary kid. This was a typical breakfast food for them. Rice can be leftover from the night before, reheat on the stove with a bit of milk or in the microwave.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Scoop a generous bowl of rice. 1-2 cups.

* Step 2

Top with 1-2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk.

* Step 3

Sprinkle with cinnamon.

* Step 4

Gobble it up!!
