Breakfast Cobbler with Sourdough Discard Crust

This recipe requires sourdough starter. You can use either discard or active sourdough starter. I usually use my discard!

Ingredient

1/2 cup

sugar

Pinch

salt

3/4 cup

flour

1/4 cup

coconut oil

1/2 tsp

baking soda

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F

* Step 2

Mix fruit ingredients in the baking dish you wish to use. I use a small to medium ceramic baking dish.

* Step 3

Mix crumble topping ingredients and add over top the fruit. It will be a biscuit thickness, so plop them into small pieces over the fruit.

* Step 4

Add a pinch of sugar and drizzle about 1 tbsp of coconut oil over the top before placing in the oven on 375 for 40 mins.
