Easy Breakfast Casserole
So many different ways to create this dish. You can use whatever meat and veggies you like, I used what we had in the house. You have to try this at home! Share your cooksnap with me 😊
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rinse, peel, & dice potatoes. Season with garlic & onion powder, pepper, & salt
* Step 2
Cook your choice of meats on a frying pan. I used bacon and sausage
* Step 3
Whisk eggs and add 1/2 cup of water (optional). Add your veggies & cheese to the egg batter
* Step 4
Add potatoes at the bottom of your baking pan, then add eggs & meat
* Step 5
Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
* Step 6
Add shredded cheese and place back in the oven uncovered for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
