Eggs, Bacon, and Avocado Breakfast

A hearty breakfast.

Ingredient

1-1/2 cups

cubed avocado

1/3 pound

bacon

1/2 stick

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Melt the butter and fry the avocado. Carefully remove the avocado from the butter and cook the eggs in the butter the way you like them. I scrambled mine. Fry the bacon crisp.

Plate, squeeze the lime juice over the avocado, and serve I hope you enjoy!!!
