* Step 1

4) 把鲍鱼,已剥壳的虾还有蟹条切块。 After 5 mins, cut all the abalones, prawns that had shelled, and crab strips into pieces. 5) 之后把蛤蜊取出水。 Prepare the clean clams for preparation later. 6) 把姜和已泡好热水的香菇切片,再把葱也切成碎 Cut the ginger and mushrooms that had soaked in the hot water into slice and cut the shallots into pieces.

首先,开启电炉,调到炒煮模式。 Open electric stove and switch to fry mode.

在锅里倒入少许的菜油,再加入姜片和葱爆香。 Add some vegetables oil then add ginger slices and shallots to fragrant.

放入鲍鱼片,虾,蛤蜊和香菇一起翻炒。 Add abalones, prawns, clams and mushrooms into the pot to continue frying.
