Meat loaf
My version of simple meatloaf. I was never happy with the ketchup only topping on meatloaf recipes, so adding BBQ sauce gives it a different spin on classic meatloaf. Comes out super moist and delicious!
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Sautéed onion and garlic in olive oil or butter until translucent.
* Step 3
In a large bowl combine ground meat, egg, onion/garlic mixture, milk, bread crumbs, Worcestershire, 1 tbsp soy sauce, salt and pepper.
* Step 4
Put meat mixture in lightly greased 5x9 loaf pan.
* Step 5
In a small bowl combine ketchup, barbecue sauce and remaining 2 tbsp soy sauce. Mix well and pour over meat.
* Step 6
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
