Chicken pot pie

Super easy and simple comfort food! Always a crowd pleaser. Even my picky toddler loves this!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

* Step 2

Bring large pot of water to boil. Boil chicken breasts until cooked through. Once cooled, shred the chicken breasts.

* Step 3

Spray a pie pan with nonstick cooking spray. Line pie pan with one of the pie crusts.

* Step 4

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, cream of mushroom soup and frozen vegetables. Stir until combined. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Stir until combined.

* Step 5

Pour chicken mixture into pie pan. Even out with a spoon. Add second pie crust to top. Trim excess pie crust with a knife. Pinch edge all the way around with a fork or finger.

* Step 6

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
