#cookpadindia A treat for tea lovers although drinking tea is a regular chore for most of the folks but having it in a traditional way is more satisfying .there are tons of varieties & cooking methods in everyone’s experience in every country there is a different ritual of preparing tea...! Let’s try the best ones. Note:- traditionally the matka is heated on tandoor sand & covered with lid to save the steam inside & while serving tea immediately remove the lid & add the tea that gives a next level taste in the tea.I tried it at home so I just added the tea & covered lid for few seconds.it gives a nice aromatic smell & taste in the tea ..!

tea powder

1 teaspoon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly add all tea ingredients leaving saffron let it boil for 10-15 minutes on low flame burner.then finally sieve it in a matka garnish with strands of saffron & serve it hot.incredibly aromatic & tempting kesari matka tea is ready..!
