Puri / churma with nuts

#cookpadindia I love to relish this delicious churma prepared with puris & I have added nuts & saffron for its next level taste & its so satisfying & flavourful.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

25-30 minutes
2 tablespoons

ghee

Pinch

salt

1/2 teaspoon

baking soda

1/4 cup

water

2 tablespoons

raisins

3 tablespoons

Mixed nuts crushed

1/2 teaspoon

cardamom powder

1/4 cup

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl add all ingredients to prepare the dough leaving nuts & oil knead the dough with warm water set aside for 15 minutes.Then knead again until it’s soft then divide the dough into two balls & prepare small pedas roll them slightly thin & deep fry it until golden & crispy.gradually prepare all in similar fashion.once it is at room temperature crush it roughly then add sugar & blend it to churn well only on pulse mode for twice each time & remove it.

Finally add nuts,strands of saffron toss it & it’s ready to serve.can be store in an airtight container for about a week. Our delicious churma with nuts can be served with a cup of milk or as it is looks equally yummy..!
