Schezwan macaroni pasta with garlic mayonnaise

#MPASTA Instant yet delicious & healthy bowl of pasta for brunch meal/snack meal. Seasoning of dried parsley & garlic mayonnaise is simply fantastic. I have also used schezwan chutney for seasoning it pops more it’s flavours. Please check the recipe below:-

1 1/2 tablespoons

garlic mayonnaise

1 tablespoon

tomato ketchup

1 tablespoon

vinegar

1 1/2 tablespoon

schezwan chutney

1/2 teaspoon

salt

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil pasta & freshly chopped carrots with some salt,oil, turmeric powder.

* Step 2

Drain all the water from pasta & just pop in boiled spinach leaves & corns, garlic mayonnaise, ketchup,schezwan chutney toss it well.

Pop in a serving bowl then garnish it with dried parsley leaves, mint leaves & tomato ketchup the delicious homemade macaroni pasta is ready to relish...!
