Makhana are also known as Lotus seeds /fox nuts .these are rich source of calcium & have lots of benefits. On the other had the peri peri mix/masala the most hot seasoning of all regular spices .this is a mixture of dry herbs & spices very healthy & rich source of vitamins & minerals . A very healthy & instantly prepared snack . The best part is I prepared my homemade peri peri mix will share the recipe for sure ..!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan pop in a tablespoon of ghee set the flame on medium then add in makhana seeds roast till nice golden & crispy off the flame check one seed by crushing it the crisp sound says it’s done
* Step 2
Just sprinkle peri peri & toss it then enjoy the delicious snack.
* Step 3
We can also store it in a air tight container for about two weeks & enjoy the healthy peri peri makhana seeds.
