As I posted already a recipe of roasted makhana with peri peri seasoning it was delicious. It’s rich in vitamins & minerals and source of boosting metabolism & curative properties. The sundried can also increase the carotene content in it . So with lots of benefits pinned. Go for it & make yours. It can be used for many recipes & stored for a long time.

* Step 1
Pick a hand mortar pestle pop in all listed ingredients (to crush) & coarsely crush it well.
* Step 2
Now pick all dry ingredients spices in measurements as mentioned above & mix all the ingredients together the coarsely crushed ingredients & all dry spices.
* Step 3
The homemade peri peri mix is ready sprinkle it on any snacks & enjoy the delicious seasoning.
